Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 September 2026
This notice explains how the personal data of visitors and users of the contact form are processed.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Marco Angelini – Make IT Solutions, VAT number 04837450404, based at Via Sofia 6 - 47039 Savignano sul Rubicone (FC). The controller can be contacted by telephone using the details published on the website or through the contact form.
2. Data processed
The website may process:
- technical browsing data, such as IP address, request date and time, requested resource and browser information;
- name, email address, subject and message content voluntarily submitted through the contact form;
- security tokens and IP address required by Cloudflare Turnstile for spam prevention;
- consent preferences and evidence managed through Cookiebot;
- statistical data or data related to tags published through Google Tag Manager, solely according to the applicable consent status.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Data are processed to provide and protect the website, prevent abuse and respond to enquiries. The legal bases are the legitimate interest in the security and proper operation of the service, steps taken at the data subject's request prior to entering into a contract, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Statistical, advertising or other non-essential processing takes place only on the basis of consent where required.
4. Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by the controller and by technical providers strictly required to deliver the service: Vercel for hosting and server functions, Register.it for email and SMTP, Cloudflare for Turnstile, Usercentrics/Cookiebot for consent management, and Google for Tag Manager and any enabled tags. Each provider processes data according to its role and the applicable terms.
5. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers take place on the basis of an adequacy decision or safeguards recognised by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
Messages received through the contact form are retained for the time needed to handle the enquiry and, ordinarily, for no longer than 24 months, unless a contractual relationship begins or legal obligations or legal defence requirements apply. Technical logs, consent evidence and data from any statistical services are retained for the periods configured or established by the relevant providers and only for the stated purposes. Further details about cookies are available in the Cookie Policy.
7. Provision of data
The provision of essential technical data is necessary to use the website securely. Contact-form data are required in order to respond; without them, the message cannot be sent. Consent for non-essential purposes is optional and may be withdrawn at any time.
8. Data subject rights
Where provided by the GDPR, data subjects may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Requests can be sent through the contact form. Data subjects may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
9. Automated decision-making
The website does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on users. Turnstile performs only a technical check intended to prevent abuse.
10. Updates
This notice may be updated following legal, organisational or technical changes. The version in force is the one published on this page with its update date.
